We recruit strong talent, address barriers, and coach them all the way through their time with us. Since we launched, over 50% of the temps that we have placed with a partner company are either still working today or have been hired on permanently.
Our Process
Knowledge
We understand the employment markets in our area. We understand the barriers faced by low-income employees, and what keeps people out of the job market. We also understand what it really means to have high turnover and poor employee engagement in a business.
Sourcing
We find top candidates through a number of means, including direct recruiting, referrals from our existing and past employee network, and partnering with nonprofits serving people with barriers throughout the city, such as CityLink Center.
Partnership
We get to know you. We don’t view you as a client – we view you as a partner. We want our temp employees to add value to your business, and ultimately become permanent employees with growth opportunities. We actively seek partnerships that are the right fit.
Temp-To-Hire
Our core model is 90 day temp to hire. We bring in temps for you to interview and select, then after 90 days they come on permanently as your employee.
Job Coaching
Throughout the temp period, we will coach our employees weekly to help them work through the pressures and challenges of employment. We support them as they grow in their role and ultimately work towards becoming your permanent employee.
