I work with our administrative team to create and execute the financial and business processes needed to keep Roots running. I love being able to use the things that I do best to serve people and help them gain meaningful employment.
I often tell people I don’t like staffing agencies, but because Roots takes a different, more personal approach, I really love what I get to do. To be able to partner with employers that share our desire to see lives changed, makes a day at work very purposeful.
As a job coach, I work side-by-side with our great team here at Roots Staffing. My passion is to help employees by giving them the support they need to achieve their goals. I walk alongside them to further enhance their strengths, skills, and motivation for the job ahead.
I love encouraging others and building relationships, and as a job coach with Roots, I get to do just that! It is my privilege to get to know our employees and to support them along the way toward full-time careers with our partner companies.
