I have the honor to work with an amazing team to visioneer, find good recruiting pipelines, & create sustainable processes. I’m deeply passionate about my role because each day I get to solve problems that will impact people.

I often tell people I don’t like staffing agencies, but because Roots takes a different, more personal approach, I really love what I get to do. To be able to partner with employers that share our desire to see lives changed, makes a day at work very purposeful.

As a Staffing Coordinator I am able to help people in ways I never imagined. Working with our amazing team I am able to connect people with our partnered companies to help them find a job that is a great fit.

I am very thankful that I am a part of a team that feels like family. I love that I get to use my administrative gifting to help with onboarding, payroll, and various other processes.

I look forward to working with our great team here at Roots Staffing, as well as getting to know on a deeper level those who I will be helping to job coach! I love the personal touch that this position offers to those we get to assist on a daily basis.
